Yennora Distribution Centre is one of the largest distribution
centres of its kind in the southern hemisphere and is a site of
state significance with almost 300,000m2 under roof and a further
60,000m2 of dedicated container hardstand. The site operates
as an “intermodal” rail terminal with nearly 7km of rail sidings
connected to the main western rail line.
Currently Stockland has masterplan DA consent to build
a 8,500m2 warehouse facility within the Western precinct.
